Some of our energizing plant ingredients contain natural sources of caffeine such as guayusa and green tea.

For reference, a cup of brewed coffee contains between 70–140 mg of caffeine. 

We balance the caffeine with a wonderful natural compound called l-theanine that we isolate from green tea, as well as using multiple adaptogenic plants to bring a mellow clarity, and a pleasant pick-me-up without the jitters.
